We've never lost because we always back our statements up with solid evidence whereas you just completely ignore the evidence and think that presenting a contrarian point of view no matter how ridiculous, somehow negates our arguments.

You miss the point.

It's not always about bargains, there's product advice and after sales service. (don't laugh)

You as an individual make the decision anyway, if HN is too dear go down the road or go on-line. There's lots of competition.

Some people can't or don't want to shop on-line. Others need to make last minute purchases where on-line can't deliver in time.

There's always a market for both and they have vastly different cost structures.

No businessman is going to be in love with his competition so I don't begrudge Gerry Harvey having his whinge.
