I find your behaviour very Un Australian and to think you wont be happy until this country is on its knees..I find pretty down right unpleasant

In case you hadn't noticed that CPL is a shop here and does excellent business simply because they are competitive and give good service and advice not like the shops you shop at !!

Question to you is why isn't HN competitive and why should any government change the rules just because HN and the rest of greed incorporated can't be competitive ??

And you should shop till you drop at hardly normal because you need to satisfy the shareholders and landlords greed !! It's all for a good cause of course Cheesy

I had excellent service at HN yesterday the shop was packed to the rafters...I got everything I wanted took it home knowing I can take anything back and exchange it today if not satisfied..I wuite like that treatment to be honest and I know all the smiling staff were getting paid at a decent rate because it was a holiday..good on them for leaving their family and spending time on myself... I appreciated it..to all Harvey Norman employees....good on ya..

thanks bobby I dont have any problems with them I always pay less than the asking price even on the specials.. and I also get good warranties when I ask for the then I bought my washing machine the warranty was for 5 years they upped it to 8 at no extra cost..

when I bought a TV from Goodguys they sold me extra warranty which turned out to be a bloody fraud.. as the TV blew up two months into the new warranty.

the TV I paid for cost $1500 the one they wanted to replace it with cost $350..and it was the end of the extra warranty I felt ripped off all round..so took the money and spent it at HN where once again I got free extra warranty..

I dont shop on line..

like I said I support my local shops..its the least I can do..
