It's a shame that with so many other serious problems in the world this pissant issue has taken centre stage that is nothing but a crying minority wanting to justify their lifestyle by getting the majority to say yes to it

It is typical of the left wing priority scale.

The failure to recognize that doing something to appease minorities is more damaging than keeping the status quo.

Change for changes sake to grease the squeaky wheel while sticking a spanner in it Roll Eyes

Yes I'd agree with that.
As far as I know Labor has already removed the legal discrination so same sex couples have the same rights as defacto.
Who Cares, change the bloody act or if you really believe that sancity bullcrap lobby to have divorce outlawed.
"Till death do us part" has been in the pledge from the begining.
Really move on, the more this comes up the more I'm inclined to think that the Gays just want to rub the churches nose in it, which even to a non religious person looks like grave dancing.
Plenty of hetro's opt for the civil ceremony now with the celibrate and park or wherever.
There's more important things that should come before 2 blokes prancing down a church aisle.
