Hmm yes, that seems pretty likely from Herr's rhetoric. Funny how people, who hear other people's opinions, often feel safe to promulgate said opinion, even tho totally bogus, 'cos THEY agree with it, ... and it 'sounds about right, not that I really care, about pollies.... they're all the same.' I GET SICK OF HEARING IT.! - because clearly THEY are NOT all the same. What a cop-out.!!

And they don't KNOW WHAT they are actually saying, but they keep on speaking, almost in rote. Never ceases to amaze me. I hear Media opinions, expressed by any number of anti 's on TV - being repeated back to me almost ver batim.. !! Like some shock jock said it!! some other people heard it and agreed.. so it must be true.???
In attempting to get them thinking, I find any challenge to this 'view' is met with more gross generalisations and parroting of those societal stirrers we all have to live with. Roll Eyes

It's a sad state of affairs, and the general apathy of many, results in + numbers for the best show in town. Sad

This evidenced, if you think Polls PROVE anything, by latest opinion polls putting Prime Minister J Gillard AHEAD of Abbott. Roll Eyes

Seems Oz citizens in this election, are viewed as similar to the spectators at gladatorial games in the ancient world. Seems... we ARE just like them.!!!!!

Jalane - Amongst the people I quoted was the Chief Scientist of the C.S.I.R.O. who said unequivocally that the organisation had been compromised by Political pressure from The Federal Govt. - Labor.

Is he a nut case too.

(That's a pretty rough head you've got as your logo too! No good looking ones around or am I conversing with the hairy armpit brigade?))

Can you show me that quote and article. I see no evidence that the labor nazi's (your word) are forcing the CSIRO to confirm the world is warming.
