Not legally binding, non policed, voluntary convention.

The 1951 Convention is not worth a bar of soap.

France openly flouts the rules every day with its non processing in Calais and they are a signatory.

So you have no ethics Andrei, tell us something we don't know.

This is why Australians require a legally binding Rill of Rights.

Protect ourselves before we are attacked.

Opposing new mines is not shutting down all current mines. Did you lie in your previous post?

 Territory Rights

The Greens are The Ethical Political Party of Australia.

The above would be part of the mix!

You could also include "Mutual Responsibility", into that mix!

If we have a bill of rights implemented today, what changes tomorrow?

It doesnt overide existing laws surely.

That would be the conclusion reach by every person of basic intellect, but not by a greens supporter. Their ability to reach a logical conclusion from pretty basic information would allude most if not all of them.

That's why they vote green, too stupid to understand anything outside of the fluff that masquerades as green party policy.  Grin

This is directly from post 22

"Remember, it is nice to shutdown all of Australias coal mines (greens policy) but it is not practical to remove 50% of the world's steel production (stupid).  Unbeknownst to the greens the worlds steel production relies on Australias PCI and coking coal, but what the hell they were just being nice.  Grin "

I said all COAL mines moron, not all mines and the greens policy would do exactly that; or do you not comprehend basic english

No new mines and no expansion would result in ALL coal mines shutting down due to a lack of something to friggen mine.

FFS you are stupid!

Calling others stupid in a debate usually shows a debater unable to express themselves properly. Your issue, not mine.

You said Greens will shut all coal mines down yet have failed to prove this. Mines will operate until it is no longer profitable. This will be a mining company's decision, not the Greens.

You have either lied purposely or you don't understand how businesses operate, correct?
