My Inherited Common Law Rights

1.  The universal Right to life
2.  The right to the presumption of innocence
3.  The right to a trial by Jury
4.  The right to protection from cruel and unusual punishment
5.  The right to protection from unlawful imprisonment
6.  The legal right to protect myself with reasonable force
7.  The right to freedom of assembly
8.  Universal suffrage
9.  The right to have arms for self defense suitable for our needs
10.  Freedom of speech

Now what does the fascist alternative bill of rights of the Greens Fascists offer me - oh look absolutely no legal rights at all - how diseased is the mind of a person to think decent people would trade the rights they already have in law with what the fascists would want us to live under as their serfs? Notice Labor has started down it's path of phasing out the Disability Support Pension. 15 hours a week, then down to ten, now 8. Next if you can work 5 minutes a week, you are on the dole.

Labor is pushing you onto the dole, Liberals agree on phasing out the pension ... and you attack the Greens !!!

This budget attack the vulnerable so it can give company tax cuts.

Nobody is pushing me anywhere, I stand on the rights I have in law to the death, the law is the way to deal with Fascist psychopaths and thugs, eventually justice will prevail, it always does.

The fact that the Greens see no reason to advocate for any of the sacred rights we already have shows their moral bankrupsy to speak for anyone but the oppressors and fascists in the community.

Labor is phasing out the disability pension, something you have said you are on. Labor is kicking you onto the dole and you don't care?

Then Labor will kick you off the dole.

Yet you don't care about protection your basic rights.

What Labor and Liberal have/want to do to humans will not stop at attacking human boat refugees. All Australians are next.

Hu = Chinese for "Spiritual", hence the use of Human along with Earthling, Mankind, Gaean.

I reserve the right to press buttons. Wink

I've lost all interest in the GREENS as they seem more focused upon silly issues like Homosexuality and Drugs rather than anything 'Environmental' which was the essence of their original creation.
I think the last Federal Election caught them by surprise and with their pants down - they need to lift their game if they want to be taken seriously next election ...like get rid of Bob down for a Brown.

No labour is not phasing out the DSP, no they wont kick me off anything and you are delusional, the fascists are bound by the law as they will find out if they look sideways at me the wrong way.  They are impotent, full of empty threats and fantasies. Grin Grin Grin Grin

Homosexuality is not an issue, as far as I am aware, it is legal to be homosexual if one is inclined, at the moment. Marriage equality is the issue and this relates to Australia being a secular country. Are laws in a secular country formed from logic or dictated by religion?

Drugs, Harm Minimisation is a policy of the old Labor Liberal Party and The Greens. What drug issue are you talking of?

Environment is interlinked with sustainability. A price on carbon pollution of the 1000 largest polluters is an environmental as well as sustainable issue. Greens are the environmental party

Ethical, Humane and Sustainable. .

In tonights budget, Labor is kicking under 35s off the pension if they can work 8 hours a week. That means a DS Pensioner could earn say $180 a week and pay full price for everything.
Start with the under 35's and then go for you.

Next it will be 5 hours, then phased out completely.

Greens bemoan what's not in 'lacklustre' budget

Greens Leader Bob Brown has lashed out at the Government for delivering a budget he says featherbeds the profits of large mining companies at the expense of the least fortunate in society.

"This is a budget lacking vision," Senator Brown said.

"It has some clever components to it, but it's a great missed opportunity. I'd give it a six out of 10."

Senator Brown criticised Treasurer Wayne Swan for cuts in the Department of Heritage and also for not mentioning the environment nor Indigenous Australians in his budget speech.

But he saved his harshest criticism for the Government's deal with companies over the minerals resource rent tax.

"The Greens would have made this budget sing," he said.

"We would have ensured that the mining boom was brought into the nation's services and wasn't just lining the pockets of the big mining corporations, who export tens of billions of that money each year out of this country.

"We believe this resources boom ... money from it should be put in a sovereign wealth fund for the future.

"The Treasurer is right, we are wealthy and have the budget potential like almost no other country on the planet.

"We are the wealthiest country in terms of resources per capita, but you wouldn't know that in this budget."

The Government has flagged new spending of more than $19 billion and savings of $22 billion.

The deficit this year is $49.4 billion - up nearly $10 billion on the previous estimate - and will fall to $22.6 billion next year, up from the estimated $12 billion.

Among its measures to address employment participation and get the unemployed back into work, the long-term unemployed will be required to undertake two days a week work experience for 11 months of the year, not six months as at present.

Other welfare measures include a trial in which teenage parents who refuse to attend school or training would see their parenting payment suspended.

The Government will also make it harder to get onto the disability support pension.

"We are in the middle of a resources boom, this nation is extraordinarily wealthy, but instead of the Treasury-recommended super profits tax, we're seeing a $22 billion squeeze in this budget - billions of which are unnecessarily targeted at people who deserve a better go," Senator Brown said.

'Petty' cuts

He says he will work with the Government to reverse some of the "petty" cuts in the budget.

"For goodness sake, why is the National Gallery and the National Library [funds] being cut?" he said.

The Government must rely on the Greens to see its budget measures pass, and Senator Brown says he is ready to use his position to see some changes are made.

He says he was disappointed, but not surprised, that the Government did not address changes to so-called middle-class welfare such as negative gearing and capital gains.

"We guarantee supply, but we guarantee that we can improve this budget," he said.

"There's so much in this budget that could have been done.

"We'll look at the detail of the reforms - some of them are harsh and punitive on young mothers and some disabled people - to see whether that's essential at a time when there is take-home pay in the tens of billions of dollars for people exploiting Australia's resources."

Senator Brown did congratulate the Government for its mental health package, saying it was "long overdue".

Extreme is relative to one's political view.
If one was unethical, the Greens would appear extreme, since it is an ethical political party..

Thats funny because I dont find that requirement in writing anywhere because if it were it would be unlawful, its a ballsless empty effeminate threat.

Just keep looking at the law, it will point you back to reality and keep you out of prison... Cool
