Julia Gillards announced spending in the budget of 200 million for education for disabled students is a con. This is spending to create New Middle Class Welfare Jobs at the tax payers expense and none of it will directly financially benefit disabled children either in healthcare or getting their bills paid. Another heartless middle class welfare scam at the expense of the needy and the tax payer.
