Mamdouh Habib defends Osama bin Laden

http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/a/-/breaking/9295922/no-evidence-bin-laden-was-...

The death of Osama bin Laden will not end the war on terror and there is no evidence he masterminded the September 11 attacks, former Guantanamo Bay detainee Mamdouh Habib says.

“America is the war on terror, George Bush is the war on Terror,” Mr Habib said today. “What, you think with Osama bin Laden dying there won’t be war any more? There is no evidence he was a terrorist.”

Mr Habib said bin Laden’s death would not slow the war on terror.

“I’m not surprised by his dying,” he said. “The war will never stop. America needs to stop lying and stop abusing power ... and not be a devil.”

Mr Habib also said he was “disgusted” by reports US authorities were in possession of bin Laden’s body.

“Because to hold someone’s body, really, it’s not a human being doing that. If he were alive, it’s not really an issue,” he said.

“If you take a human being’s body and play with it after he is dead, that’s disgusting. We have to bury his body. Good or bad, we have to respect his body.

“What, are they going to make a statue for him?“

The President said he was briefed last August on a report that bin Laden was hiding within a compound deep within Pakistan and last week authorised the assault on it.

The attack was carried out by a small team of Americans on Sunday (US time).

There was a firefight and bin Laden was killed. The Americans then took custody of his body, the President said.

“The death of bin laden marks the most significant achievement to date in our nation’s efforts to defeat al- Qaida,” the president said.

This Habib guy is scum, I said he supports terrorism all the time he was arrested.

He now clearly shows that he does.

Why we allow foreign trash like him into the country is beyond me.

You must read and interpret the english language different to me, most of what he said was utter horse shiat.

But then, I tend not to believe the words of terrorists scumbags.

The difference between you and me, is that I read his comments
with an open mind.

You, quite obviously, did not.

Might I suggest that you apply a standard bullshiat filter of what you read, so you don't end up believing every numbskull statement put into print.

You'll look less of a dill that way.

The simple fact is that he was not there, hes has no evidence of what he is saying, he prolly has a bit of bias against his captors, you could quite reasonably discount everything he has stated and not be 'closed minded'.

But WTF, you go on and believe this tool, 'cause it makes you look intellegent when you believe unsubstantiated biased commentary.  Grin

Grow up!

He IS essentially correct when he says that Bin Emptied's death
will not stop the war on terror.

And he IS essentially correct when he talks about what happened
to Bin Emptied's body. Muslims (be they terrs or not) do feel
strongly about what happens to a Muslim's body after death.

Like it or not, that's FACT.

One of these days, you'll post a comment that isn't biased or
ignorant, and doesn't attack other posters whose views don't
coincide with your own.

But, I'm sure not holding my breath.

Next, you'll be accusing me of supporting the terrs.

They buried him at sea to prevent a shrine going up. Way to go.

Now I will wait for the photographs to hit the net, of grinning U S sailors posing with the body (which has had a smiley face painted on it) and giving the thumbs up!  Smiley

habib stating that this isn't the end of the war on terror is a fact because everyone else, obama, gillard, et al had stated that before him, his statement is irrrelevant. There are 6.5 billion people on this planet who could have repeated the same 'old news' without ,making a big deal of it.

He has not provided any evidence that that scumbags body was 'mis-handled' so my accusation of you and him still stands.
