After the Vic election, the Hard Right where claiming this is the end of the Greens. After a sustained attack by the catholic church hierarchy and the unAustralian newspaper concerning the NSW election, Greens increased their support and have gained extra representation.

In three months Greens also obtain the balance in the Senate.

A great time to be a Greens supporter.

Well it seems to me he pretty well admitted it, but let's not quibble.
In comparison with what they openly said they thought they would get, they did do badly and Brown would be silly to deny it.
So here you are defending a result which your leader wouldn't defend himself. (I say your leader because you are another one of buzz's mob aren't you, having two bob each way?)
