Where are the soil, water and air analyses? INCLUDING the alpha emitting particles liek Plutonium which are NOT detected by gieger counters?

Your 1901 model probably doesn't measure alpha particles, but I can assure you that most modern meters  are perfectly capable of this. Perhaps you should consider a trade-in?

Here's one from a reputable supplier:

I cant seem to find the chemical water analysis for the 11,500 tonnes of radioactive water dumped by TEPCO into public and international water ways.

In fact the Japanese government claimed it wasnt informed by TEPCO prior to the dumping action and was very angry (LOL)

Where is the LEGALLY required chemical analysis?

The dumping itself is illegal - what was the basis for it? To free up room in the plants tankage for even more radioactive water and waste.

The cheapest corporate option that will do the minimum damage to TEPCO's stock price, its annual balance sheet bottom line and CEOS bonuses

CORPOCRATIC FASCISM at its best my friends

Well I'd suggest that all models used for radiological emergencies like this detect alpha particles. (I can't speak for the kind of equipment that trained anti-nuclear activists use.) I have seen pictures of your Greenpeace friend checking the radiation levels on vegetables using a survey meter. Some extremely informative  information there (about her lack of technical expertise) but it looks good on camera.

As one of our introductory practicals with Emergency Services, we did things like demonstrating how a sheet of paper would stop alpha particles, and measuring with and without the beta shield.

waving Geiger Counters around the soil. air or water tells you absolutely nothing about whether you have Plutonium of Uranium in your sample.

the bulk readings do not tell anything about whether the radionucleotides are short lived or long lived isotopes

TEPCO loves only talking about radioactive Iodine-131 which has a half life of about 8 days and producing thyroid cancer that can be cured in 98% of cases

So, what was the composition of samples taken from the 12,000-odd tons of water deliberately-dumped by TEPCO into the ocean!?

Where is the evidence of the purported "low level" of radioactive contamination!?

It is imperative that a pre-defined matrix of soil samples are regularly and systematically collected and tested in-situ - and then safely transported and stored for laboratory testing (and kept for future analysis)...

Such routine testing should be conducted over large area - obviously with more intensive testing inside a 50KM radius of the plant (plus those areas outside that radius where radioactive hotspots have been identified and/or suspected due to the influence of local weather patterns and events upon the distribution of the nuclear fallout)...

you can be assured that this will be done and then the samples will be mysteriously lost

An independent body needs to conduct this operation

Foolosophy - Already being done. I'm not answering for anybody, but as a humane person, I hate to see you in agony like that with your veins bulging on your forehead. A little research on the web will find some of these results:

http://www.mext.go.jp/english/radioactivity_level/detail/1303986.htm

Independent bodies involved:  MEXT, Ministry of Defence, JAEA, IAEA and the police.

Note that the results include some isotope analysis. I have a feeling that the only samples with detectable levels by ICPMS will be the so-called hot spots.

No alpha radiation (above background) has been detected in any of the samples so far.

Incidentally some of the results are given in Becquerel per square metre.  What's significant is that the Chernobyl contamination results were expressed in kiloBecquerel per square metre.

I take it, you haven't watched it, which would be usual?

Is that so you can plead, tactical ignorance?

That's a good documentary. Fukushima doesn't come close to this. I think you'd agree if you saw exactly what happened to the reactor core. The graphite fire provided most of the mobilization.
