At least a moslem woman can give evidence in a Sharia court.
A non-moslem, in a dispute with a moslem, IS NOT PERMITTED to give evidence against a moslem, in a Sharia court.
The testimony of a Kuffar has no weight in an ISLAMIC [Sharia] court.
