Ah no .. the courtship hasn't been that short.

We pledged our life long commitment to love each other in front of both our families on Christmas Day 2010 and so announced our intention to marry then and requested their blessing. After this was given ... on New Year's Day .. I was officially asked .. and yeah .. we've basically been preparing to marry ever since.
