We’ve done it. Through good management and gentle prodding from Bishop Brown of the Green Church we have managed to turn the most pernicious threat to Australia and humanity on its ear. We have met and defeated GLOBAL WARMING/AGW/CLIMATE CHANGE/CLIMATE CHALLENGE.

A reduction of an estimated .85 of a metre; that’s a healthy reduction over 36 years.

Does the above sound stupid? It is just as stupid as saying the east coast of Australia would be a dust bowl by 2012 or the iconoclasm of environmental priests who predict that Gaia will be transubstantiated into some beast, perhaps resembling one of the creatures in a Japanese B grade horror flick.

Well dear...I blindly followed the Labor/Green momement back in the 70's when I was a university student and I was totally hoodwinked by the than Deptuy Prime Minster Jim Cairns who was running round the country indoctrinating young Australian with his communal living plans........ and now Julia has signaged the new BER schoolhalls with"Communal Hall" instead of the traditional signage "School Assemble Hall"......we all laughed!!

Total Load of Bulldust!!

No I,m just not into people in ivory towers that have never got their hands dirty (public servants) making ALL the decisions and taking control away from those that know more.

I am not into some people working 8 days a week to better themselves and their lot in life to be taxed out of existence by a bunch of morons that do nothing!!

Ive gotten to the stage where I simply dont believe the 'facts' that are presented on climate anymore. it never ends. every event is blamed on climate change and warming. I've pretty much had it with the contradictory, nonsensical and absurd positions some of these people occupy.
