Who gives a sh!t about these boat people losers. Let them die. Of all kinds of migration, the worst possible kind a nation can receive is the indiscriminate kind. As much as I don't like immigration policies that operate by looking at skills alone, they are infinitely superior to introducing random samples of third worlders into our society.

The difference is that I see absolutely no point in talking about here anymore; and nor should you. What are you getting out of beating the same old arguments to Greens_Win and Mozzaok exactly?

They don't listen to you. You've said it a billion times before. I don't know why people find it enjoyable to argue the same thing over and over again with the same people; it's so montonous. I got sick of it a while ago.

To be a lefty is to be neurotic. They don't listen to you but they think you are listening to them. And you are. So when they speak, you have to tell them what you have told them already. The attention span of lefties', like that of goldfish or children, is very limited. They operate on Emotional Correctness so they need to be corrected constantly.

I agree with you -- the left have more or less appropriated the term "open minded" as if it could only apply to them. But their open mindedness opens and closes on a very narrow range of opinions. It reminds me of those ridiculous commercials on television with the sequences of Aboriginals talking about how we have to respect "everybody's point of view, no matter how different".

You have to wonder how sincere they are about this.

It is Julia's and Bangbang "What kind of a stupid name is THAT" Yudhoyone's fault, with villanous assitance from whoever is the Malay PM and the murderous gang of pricks causing mayhem in Sri Lanka, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan.

ANd before you all rush to blame Bush's invasion - these places were murderous and despicable long before 2001 (Afghanistan) or 2003 (Iraq). In fact, they have never been BUT murderous and despicable.

Are the people of these countries - including the people on these boats - responsible for the moral and material squalor they have been living in? Yes.

Putting my comment in context, there's nothing in the link provided in the opening post that suggests Gillard is responsible. It's just a few quotes asserting she's to blame. It's quite easy to shout slogans like "guilty!" and "I blame so and so!", but at least give your audience the bare requisite of some evidence or argument.

However, where's the responsibility of those on the boat and the smugglers?

It's obvious you hate Gillard. I mean, who cares who she's banging, and who cares how big her arse is? What's that got to do with a boat load of people smashing into rocks and dying? Don't tell me you're going to link some kind of character reference to the two issues? That's ridiculous. That's even worse than Bolt's cause and effect argument. Using that "logic", we can blame the Iraq war on Howard's eyebrows.
