I know this doesn't fit in very well with the information you fellas lift from right wing hate groups web sites but there were plenty of Muslims fighting for the British Empire in both world wars.
The minutes silence at 11 am on the 11th of the 11th all but disappeared for many years but I have happily noticed that once again more and more people are stopping for that minute to think about the consequences of war and to remember the men and women of many colours, races, cultures, religions and countries within the British Empire and beyond who made the ultimate sacrifice so we can have the freedoms we have today.
Its just a shame the right wing hate groups (as has been demonstrated on this forum) have made their usual attempts to hijack and defile the memory of these brave men and women.

Very true Adel....However, there are still some Radical 'muslim' groups who DO try to tie the WW1 and WW2 servicemen into current conflicts, for political mileage....and an equal number of right and left wingers who do much the same....

On the way to Remembrance Day

Once there, proceeded to paying their respects in the customary way of burning something. If its Remembrance Day, it must be poppies. Yep, it is. Just to cause maximum offence, you understand.

ANd the chorus of idiots immediately begins to chant: "Ooooh, but they are not worse than anyone else, Ooooh, Remembrance Day is not that important to young people, really, Oooo, people are, like, sooooo nasty, noticing Muslims behaving disgcracefully, Ohhhh shame on us, etc...." and so on ad nauseam.

RAF man turned away by Asian cabbie in row over uniform

11 November 2010

AN inquiry is underway after an RAF serviceman was refused a cab by an Asian taxi driver in Sheffield who objected to his uniform.
The 24-year-old serviceman who had been at a family wedding ceremony in his RAF "blues" was turned away from the black cab by the driver who apparently became aggressive.

Sheffield City Council, the RAF and the local taxi association are now invesADVERTISEMENTtigating amid calls for the driver to be sacked.

Vince McDonagh of the local joint ex-servicemen's association said: "Everybody is astounded that a British taxi can turn away someone in uniform at this time of year.

But how long will we continue to observe silence over WWI? Personally, I love silence. I don't agree with the Light when he says that it lets the evil Masons into our minds. the anzacs were slaughtered and genocided by british imperialism,

proven fact they sent anzacs there like lambs to the slaughter

by british and expended as fodder for the british soldiers to endure.

i am speaking of the event when silence is observed there are many

masonic rituals that do suck out of that lower frequency ViBraTioN
