But of course a bit of light beating on a recalcitrant wife is not considered domestic violence eh Abu.
No beating on the face or other sensitive areas, no bleeding or bruising.
No carrying out the punishment in front of children (witnesses).
But anything else is ok as long as these few rules are followed.
I suppose having the wife wear her Ned Kelly outfit on the street would help as well.
