Very happy with the election outcome.

The Labor footsoldiers work on the CC paid off. Well done comrades.

I was in Dobell. Happy with the Robertson result.

Foot Soldiers?

Playing a little too much World of War Craft are we?

My dad taught me at a very young age, much o his detriment in later years, that I should listen to what everyone says, strip away the BS, and take on board the key points of an argument, and adopt my own opinion on the matter.

Seems you could use that advice, rather than wholesale swallowing the BS your comrades are feeding you.

Politicians and Nappies need to be changed often and for the same reason.

One trouble with political jokes is that they often get elected.

I would vote the same way again.

I believe that if you want a truly representative government you should vote for either the Coalition or the Labor Party.  When you vote for the Independents and Greens you end up with the hodgepodge we now have.....a government that is only in power because it bribed people. A government that will have to kowtow to the Greens and Independents and alter policy accordingly.

This government will be struggling to get policy through. It will only be a matter of (a short) time and we will all be back at the polls.

Hopefully next time we go to an election, the Independents and Greens find they aren't as popular as they seem to think they are.

A vote for the Labs/Greens or Libs/Nats is a vote for the faceless puppet masters.

There was ONLY one true independent: Peter Andren, but he is no longer with us.

As the old adage say’s: only the good die young.

I'm quite sure the Greens and the Independents will struggle to maintain their pre- minority-government popularity.

Smiley....See, the Greens will have huge expectations placed on them, this and I don't think their 'student-voters' will appreciate their imposing compulsory student union fees on them.

One option missing . . .

Wish I could vote again, and this time Greens

Sure there is plenty of new support for the Australian Greens.

Well, I think in light of this forum having such a green-left slant, comparing these same results with other polls, the above has actually underperformed for the GALP.

Most of Australia would prefer we headed back to the polls, and it's my understanding that Liberal would win if we did.

Now you suck that up princess.

Cool

I think this is a lesson the nation needed to learn and most lessons are learnt the hard way, the labor way I call it.

We now have  PM who stated she would build the Sydney rail link, wont happen.

She stated she'd build the Bribane rail link, wont happen.

A NBN project, wont happen anytime soon.

Would have a offshore processing centre, wont happen.

Will have the budget in surplus in 2013, wont happen.

Now when the public sees that none of thes epromises will be fulfilled, she'll get voted out and labor will be out for years and the debt will be astronomical.

So all in all I am happy with the result, as Gillards lies and underhanded deals will be shown in the light they need to be and it will come back to haunt her.

So a good result looking at the big picture.

No! What you are saying is that you believe your party is honest and everyone else's is not. - Just because your "Old Man" advised you "to strip away the BS", doesn't mean that YOU have the right to shove down someone else's throat your Opinion of what is bullshit and what isn't.

It could be that you are wholesale swallowing the BS your comrades are feeding you.

How about "I'm very happy that the election is over and I won't have to listen to negative election broadcasts from the major political parties  for another 3 years" ?
