I didn't vote Liberal, but I'm wondering why the man that was handing out Liberal Party pamphlets on Saturday did. He was big noting himself all day to anyone who would listen, shaking hands with the suited set etc., I got the impression that he was a 'fake' Liberal, then to prove my opinion right, at pack up time he brings his beaten up Ford Laser up to the gate.

I cannot imagine what he thinks the Liberal Party would do for him, their policies never have and never will benefit anyone from the lower/middle working class, and he was clearly not even working class.

I'm not judging the man, just trying to work out his motives for siding with a group that is far removed from his life circumstances.
