Abbott wants the COs of the Patrol Boats to ring him and ask for advice. Wow! that is a career enhancing move! What CO in his right mind is going to ring the PM and say "hey tony, this boat load of people have just crossed our EEZ - what do i do now?" Honestly - let the man take the chair and see the reality
