These good citizens rejected Abbott's climate science denialism, and his xenophobic hate mongering against refugees, so well done to them for voting Greens and sending that message to Canberra.

The message they are sending to Canberra is that no matter how much of a lisping, raging homo you may be, the people of Melbourne are right behind you, pretending to be tree huggers but in fact checking out your arse.

What will be really interesting is what the GALP do with the useless puff of air called Julia Gillard.

She crept up on Kev then buggered the entire election.

The Greens will see their swing to them evaporate in the first by-election and their seats in the senate slowly vanish as the Democrats before them.

I am also keen to see the wrangling within the Greens as they wrench themselves apart.

The first thing you will see is the bitter justification that they should have got more seats. They know they failed to capitalise as the swing in the Hor was to the Lib/Nats, not them in any significant way.
