Verge, Tone needed a gamechanger but didn’t get it, so Julia won by default!

Sprinty, you do know Julia didn’t call the spill and tried hard to avoid it? But in the end decided she had to stand for the good of the Party and the country?

AND Santa Clause is sponsering the Easter Bunny in the Fantasy Olympics.
============================
Tone damn well did get shouty and desperate! And gave a lot less answers than Julia, because he isn’t across all the policy areas that he should be across. a disaster as PM, can you imagine Tone at international conferences? “Pssst, what are we here for again?” and making repeated jokes about “No means no” a clown.

AND fat dogs don`t fart, and the moon is made of low cholestrol Yoghurt.
===============================
Julia knew what a gigabit was, tone thinks gigabit is what a rock band does, LOL

AND Kevvy thought a TROJAN was a computer plant until Judas nailed him between the shoulder blades.  Grin

sprint, our PM is called Julia. She won over that crowd by giving clear answers. Long answers to questions that demanded long answers, what did you expect?

Even if Julia and Tone were rated as even (no way!) Tone lost because Tone needed a game changer but didn’t get it. He got shouty and desperate, quite the turn off.

This morning both ABCs AM and 7s Sunrise said Julia clearly won: momentum to Julia.

NO Darwin, she provided 'responses' NOT 'answers'. There is a HUGE difference sunshine.

FFS.

Roll Eyes

3 media organisation said that Jullia won the town hall meeting not 1 media organisation gave to Abbott and you still try to put spin on it that it went Abbott's way.

Gee Rough, you really are a dumb one. HOW did you come to that conclusion from what i posted?

LOL.

Roll Eyes

Well you tell me it is not spin what you said cause it looks like it to me.

Well given you are a meathead i'm not surprised. The point i was raising (which YOU clearly missed) was that Gillard provides responses but VERY FEW answers. At no point did i say Abbott had won.

LOL.

Shocked

Is it funny just because you can't win argument you have to call people names.

Oh i'm sorry, do you think YOU won the argument because you lack comprehension skills? LOL, now that is funny.

Go back to beating the missus hard man.

Julia clearly won, the exit poll showed that, less abstentions than at Rooty Hill too. the point is, Tone needed this to be a game changer: it wasn’t.

Undecideds will keep breaking to the incumbent, Labor.

Wonder if desperate Tone now calls for a debate on the economy? LOL!

Heh, Tone DID lose last night:

Betfair and Centrebet both show Labor’s odd narrowing a bit, the Lib’s widening. $1.27ALP, $3.75Lib.

People aren’t fools.

Gillard won, 52.5 to 47.5 on the votes.

However, out of the 200 in attentance, it was actually
Gillard - 41.50
Abbott - 37.50
Undecided - 21.00

Who gets the other 21%, please dont say Bob Brown.

Apparently, Abbott is going on a manic media marathon in the next day and a half...

His minders have been unable to keep him caged and keep the Party out of electoral harm's way...

Beware, rabid attack dog Abbott is unleashed, unmuzzled and on the loose...

That said, from what I saw on the news this morning, he looks and sounds tired already - so be prepared for lots of unthinking mouthing off...

Indeed - Abbott is predictably erratic!

He is delusional, if he thinks that it is statesmanlike to go manic!

In fact, he is Bi-polar - I'd be surprised if he gets through the next 36-odd hours without a major stuff-up (perhaps even a pathetic pre-emptive admission of defeat!?) - either way, I have no doubts that his next depressive phase ain't gonna be pretty...

And AGAIN Nem YOU are VERY predictable. We've been waiting since December for your claims to come to fruition, please just MOVE ON.

Come on thy, is that the best you have.  The man is working around the clock, and I think its pretty disgusting you are hoping for him to suffer from it.

I considered you a respectable poster to date, but you have given up arguing the policy anymore and now just attack the man.

When you're up against an advertising blitz paid for by the tax payer up to the ALP campaign launch, and union fear mongering still on workchoices, and history of first term governments, its was and is always going to be an uphill battle.

With that said, if the ALP only win by the predicted four seat majority, I wouldnt be claiming that as an ALP endorsement.

The reality is in December the Libs were in the political wilderness, I think many were predicting for 10 years.  Abbott at least gave them a shot, and I think that is what annoys you the most.
