Shambles of NSW government.

Really? ask yourself. Do these monkeys deserve another term? Scandal after scandal. Back stab after back stab. I'm sorry. I am dedicated to labor and I will be working hard to get them re-elected, but my heart won't be in it.

The NSW government has gone way past being either Liberal or Labor.
They are nothing more than a corrupt plutocracy and should be imprisioned or better yet hung from the streetlights lining Macquarie St.

While I agree with you that the nsw government is incompetent, Fed and other states should not be infected with the same poison that NSW is.

I agree.

And I often wonder if many of these  ministes or members  get into  politics, not even worried WHICH party they stand for,  because  they just seek the power of the ‘popular party’.

NSW has unfortunately been plagued with corrupt state governments since the time of Captain Bligh, so it may be time for another Rum Rebellion.

Contrary to the cynical stupidity of right wing pundits, this propensity for corruption in NSW is totally Bipartisan, and just another reason why we should all work to try and rid our country of the state system, and change to a two tiered federal and Regional System.

So true. But how do we do it, how do you rid the country of state governments?
The problem is that Australia only exists as federation because of the states.

Thanks. A bit P'ed off to be honest. NSW Young Labor doesn't want new members. I've sent them 3 emails and they haven't replied to any of them. I'll send them 1 more email and then I'll just go straight to federal labor because I'm not joining Liberal. I stand for the workers and better health services. At the moment, I feel that this state government isn't doing that.

Don't stuff around in the "Youngs" just go straight to the party & pay your membership.
Personally I'd wait until after the March state election & the purging that will go on after that.
NSW Labor will be looking to build from the ground up & the right faction will not have the strangle hold it does now.
You'll have more chance of reforming the party then as opposed to now & you won't be tainted by the criminals in there now.
Good Luck great to see a young person wanting to be involved. Smiley

james - your ideals are good
IF the alp DID help the workers, that'ld be good.
they say they do, but they don't.

often people politically immaturely start of with the left.
As they mature and gain wisdom, they move to the right

the LIBS do more for the common worker
