Very beautiful.

There's something to be said for class and culture.

What crap are you trying to spin here Soren  Tongue
Nick Cave did years in Germany, it made him what he was at his peak, until he sold his soul to American Gospel Tongue
Germany and Europe will always be progressive than UK (Western Music).
Face it - Western culture is Politics and Lisa Gerrard (vocalist for Gladiator Soundtrack amongst others and of Dead Can Dance fame) proved that you don't need the 'English' Language for Singing and Music. English is for Politics - pure and simple.

German Music can reach a deeper depth than British, it doesn't need to confuse poo-jabbing with the benefits of Celibacy. Smashing Pumpkins and (Nirvana's) Grunge did well to replicate what had been happening for ages upon the Euro scene.

American/British Music tries, but it will always fail to go that little bit further than what Germany can achieve. Its only Marketing that makes a difference mostly for the benefit of the Brits.

Euro Bohemian just craps upon pompous Pommie poo-jab wannabies.
Germany failed in Politics/Military but succeeds in Music/Maths ...hence why their economies are doing well too.

Why did 'Rap' emerge in the West (USA)? Because its like listening to a Polititian just flogg off English words. "Boring".

American/British (Western) Music will always self-destruct (suicide) long before any German Music because they can't go as 'deep' as the Germans.
They falter, they fall, they fail ...Germany Wins. Obviously the Brits never paid the price for originality when it comes to Music.

Canadian Band "Skinny Puppy" base their 'style' upon tours of Europe, rather than the USA.

Front 242 - Belgians or the KMFDM Germans, the Slovenic Laibach

What USA 'Industrial' Bands came about and 'preluded' Grunge, etc - were all heavily influenced or connected to Europe (not Britain).
Thrill Kill Kult and Ministry.

...good to see Music 'liberate' Europe without ruining it like the Military ever did. I guess 'evil' is just an illusion after all Wink

Silly comment. Cave was at his "peak" in the Birthday Party, which was born here in Oz, and England.
