Nice song, but don't make us search for it. Play it!

Kinda reminds me of an old Catpower tune, but Catpower didn't have the need for glam chords or any other articficial crap to enhance a lack of soul.

Just shows how much music has regressed along with political aptitude.
I've already seen the 80's, it sucked.

Do you have something to show the older generation that may raise half an eyebrow?

I love this thread, seeing people's diverse musical tastes is really interesting.
Ammad likes Cat Power, me too, although only very selectively, as her style is so self indulgent that she usually either hits or misses by a mile.

I like her more commercial songs like Living Proof, and The Greatest, but many of the others she does are just a bit too dirge-like for my tastes, and werewolf would go into that category of being a dark, mood song that will never sneak onto an easy listening mix cd, lol.

Anyway, for today only, we will have a bit of Alice, to suit the occasion.

The audio on this version is poor quality, but it has the original "film" clip, lol before when video killed the radio star.
The cigar smoking chimp rolling in a wheelbarrow of cash is a great image for politics.

Very timely tune Mozz. It highlights the ridiculous market place propencity of politiians going back to the 70's.
It was all about advertising back then as well (highlighted by Alice), and I don't think that he'd be without a realistic chance of actually being elected in some manner now.

I wouldn't say that I am a ardent Catpower fan, but any band that can bring a tune to me that I like to play over and over has won me.
One beautiful input will do me very nicely. I get totally engaged by that werewolf song.
As far as input goes, I'm a massive Radiohead fan. But I always bore people with them so I will just enjoy them by myself, I like that.

Alice Cooper was my first look at different music, then came the beatles, rolling stones ect.
"Dwight Fry" is a reminder that the older generation were mad as hatters too.
In fact, the younger generation can't match us. They're pretty disappointing.

After all the chest beating from the Liberal fanboys for the last 12 hours, I needed a little cheering up, and this song gave it to me.
