Also, when I get back, I will do something about my rather unattractive avatar,  it's hideous.

Cheesy

The avatar you use in that other forum you linked to is much better -  A very beautiful lady.

I think you may have me confused for someone else, I am not a liar, and when I asked you to demonstrate why it is you believe I am, you declined.

Have a lovely afternoon, Skipparoo.

Cool

LOL you ran away and hid ,you mean? I put together a list for you on the thread that you asked for it.
because I'm such a nice bloke I'll copy it  here for you, it just gives others more opportunity to read your lies and make a better judgement on what you write.

------------------------------------------------------------
Details? of your lies? just1?
I can give you 5 off the top of my head-
1-This thread-INTEREST RATES UP UP UP -LIE, interest rates are still lower than when the opposition left office.
2-MENTAL HEALTH- you made up a story about Labor on mental health, you said your uncle told you Labor considered mental health akin to the stolen generation, the same story appears on the Liberal party web site but there are no facts to back it up, just Liberal and your lies.
3-UNEMPLOYMENT- you said under Rudd Australia had the highest unemployment figures since the sixties, LIES, then you realised how stupid your comment was and tried to back track, still a LIE.
4-YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT- after backtracking you returned to say it was in fact youth unemployment that was the highest since the sixties, still a LIE, as Annie and I proved to you, youth unemployment was much higher in the 70s 80s and 90s.
5-IMMIGRATION- you said immigration/refugees was at an all time high under Rudd, another LIE, immigration/refugees was at its highest from 1995- 2001, another LIE.

1) Interest rates are up, and will sky-rocket after the election if Labor get in.  A matter of opinion, I guess.

2) A relative of mine advised my parents why his friend (A Labor member) believes his party are reluctant to fund ongoing support for care packages for autistic children,Fact!
Furthermore, autism has nothing to do with mental illness, it's like comparing schizophrenia with down-syndrome.

3) Unemployment has not been this high since the 1960's, irrespective of a Labor government trying to conceal the real figures/stats by means of artificially creating awkward and embarrassing employment opportunities ie (insulation and school buildings, and indigenous support workers etc)...jobs which were only ever meant to see them through the next election anyway.... yes?
Hence they have dramatically reduced their ABS (Australian Beuro of Statistics) funding, do you have any idea where the stats on unemployment are post 2008?

And as I corrected, these all time high unemployment figures apply to youth , under 25's, though I suspect the figures among other disadvantaged groups would be much higher than is being discussed, as they too are forced to compete with unskilled immigrants on visas entering our country willing to work cash in hand for a minimal rate of pay.

Face the facts....

Labors "BIG AUSTRALIA" concept has gone belly up, we dont have the infrastructure, the jobs, housing and or even desire to take on any more immigrants, refugees or otherwise.

In fact, it's this irresponsible immigration which sours opportunities for others who would otherwise immigrate to Australia to make a worthwhile contribution to our society.....this opposed to sapping our system like some ethnic minority groups do when they come here, live in housing commission houses with prestige cars parked in the driveway and illegally claim benefits for multiple wives.

Our welfare system was not set up to accommodate harems.
Sorry, was set up to cater for the traditional western nuclear family, single parented or otherwise.

Smiley  Not polygamous Muslims.

These are my views and opinions, they are not lies.
Just as your having called me a liar is your opinion, not fact.

Now, if you don't mind, I find your trolling rather monotonous and dull, so could you find a car to chase down the street, as I don't particularly enjoy interacting with you.

Reason, pointless.

Cool

Skippy, we have been through this before, you do not have the right to declare someone a liar, it is offensive behaviour, especially over things that are very often matters of perception.
The interest rates one is a good example, mellie was correct, they have risen, and so therefore you should admit that fact, and then highlight what you think is the relevance of them being lower than under various other governments at different times.

In future please try and say that you disagree, without using insulting language, it isn't necessary.

If flame wars start I will delete the lot of it, so try to keep it nice, pretty please. Grin

I, for one, would be interested to know: what economic basis (or bases) do you have for stating that opinion?

Ask yourselves, what did Australians get from the resource price surge in recent years?

-- higher house price?  Yes
-- higher rent?  Yes
-- higher food price? Yes
-- higher tax? Yes
-- higher debt? Yes
-- higher water and electricity price? Yes
-- mediocre infrastructure, transportation public health and education? Yes
-- Increasingly expensive medicare and education? Yes
-- More and more immigrants to accommodate? Yes
Have you ever heard of a self funded refugee?
I don't think so!
So, could anyone tell me, where has this money gone, and who are the biggest beneficiary's?

NO?

Wink I'll drop back in some time tomorrow, with an interesting article concerning a historical analysis re- causes pertinent to changes in interest rates.

Until then, lets see if you can guess...

Nigh Night!

LOL, Mellie...I've gotta say that I think you are very creative with your voodoo art - especially when it comes to contriving juxtapositions, drawing flexible conclusions and building straw models...

Apparently, Mellie, there is at least one thing on which we can agree: there is no trickle-down effect - rather it is a tentacle-up effect!?

I, for one, do not believe the propaganda of the insatiable Growth Fairy - or his evil twin, the Good Greedy Witch of the West...

How many polygamous Muslims are there in Australia? Maybe 3,000?

Do you consider that to be a bigger issue than single mothers?

Polygamy can be eugenic or dysgenic depending upon the circumstances. Restricting poon to the finest male stock is good, but it leaves a lot of crummier men without a wife. This might be fine if the men would just die but they tend to seek partners from other gene-pools and that's a big gamble.
