Unfortunately they are hard to get rid of as they
change their names every time they are blacklisted.
The best thing to do would be to ignore them.

He derives pleasure from being abused.
In psychology it's called "negative strokes"
If people don't receive positive strokes they seek out
negative ones to satisfy their craving for attention.
If he saw a head shrinker he might be able to get some help.
