Same rules as always.

So is it just a matter of which side of line personal abuse is on?

You can criticise people's opinions and what they post. Just don't make it personal.

For signatures, I don't think you should do any of that.

May be we should do a competition on the most criticised signature ever?

I'll second that. As you said in a previous post - it's not a good advertisement for this site.

I'm leaning towards banning any negative reference to other forum users in signatures. I have already banned the use of external URL's. I think that the 'broadcast' nature of signatures warants stricter standards. It also does make the forum look silly to newbies with such petty stuff all over the place.

Yeah. I fully support that. Some of us have no idea what they're talking about.  We seem to get on without too much of that  nasty stuff here.

Is anything going to be done about signatures that put down members?

There seem to be some decisions being made here - but no action being taken.

I've changed my signature, due to mantra's tanty and freediver asking me.The old squeaky wheel.

DT is a member here - and he doesn't hack accounts. Skippy - all this happened months ago. Get over it.

Your obsession is with IQ - stop dragging others into it. You do realise the more you obsess about him, the more he will torment you. Or maybe that's what you want.

Your lies about him not hacking accounts is unravelling by the day, he hacks accounts, stalks people by ringing them at their homes, and posts their names and aerial shots of their house on his forum, don't you read the bits you don't like at his forum?what part of posting photos of peoples houses don't you understand? you know what I say is true, last year he posted the names and photos of moderators homes from another forum, you just choose to sing lalalalalalalala.

Yes he does post personal info about people elsewhere.

FD - you have a short memory. You were accused of being corrupt just a couple of weeks ago by Skippy.

Skippy is still posting a reference to Political Menagerie here. How did you feel when Skippy posted these comments about you on your PA during the last election?

What if they were put up in a signature somewhere so everyone could see his abuse. This was only written a couple of weeks ago - would you like this shoved at you in every post someone wrote here.

You only had to see it once FD. Every time Skippy posts here - there is a slur made against a forum I run.

Why is he one person who is allowed to get away with this?

Much as I would love to debate Skippy on his own dirty little level - I can't do it.

I would like to point out that freediver has made this post above and it is true. He knows that my signature is correct he has asked me to remove it.I find it interesting that it is ok to state that dt posts personal info in a post but not in a signature to warn other posters of this, mantra must whine louder than I.
I will remove my signature, but it is true, as freediver has pointed out

Skippy writes:

Quote:
I want to make it clear to all AIA has not asked me to change my vote, I did it out of principal as it is clear boxy and freediver have manipulated this whole election process.

Quote:
I want to change my preference from boxy to AIA.

That should mean we have
aussie-7
boxy -7
AIA-7

After the revelations about the underhanded behaviour of boxy and freediver I could not leave my preference with boxy.

Quote:
Why do you keep posting that I have not put down my preference vote FD?

As you can see I did it like 8 hours before, boxy is first preference, not because he deserves it but because of the way you have manipulated this election, a smacking disgrace.

Quote:
I have to laugh at your comment about people voting strategically, is that worse than fixing an election?

Quote:
Well who can blame aussie asking you to withdraw, this election has been a scam since day one. the question everyone now wants answered is why FD asked you to withdraw, it sounds like the man running the election is trying to fix the result, not a good look.If FD fixes this election so as aussie does not win(which it seems he is<aussie got the most votes, why extend the election?aussie already won) I can smell a new election in the wind already.

Quote:
I always respected you FD and thought you ran fair forums but some of the things you've done in the last couple of weeks make you look no better than the cowboys at D@R.

I suggest you leave the vote open until the week expires, otherwise I'll be calling for a petition for a new admin the minute you close it, on the grounds of the election was/is rigged.

Quote:
bugger, this bastard actually owns forums and thinks its OK to post up personal details maybe that cocksucker deepthought is right about freediver.

Quote:
WITHDRAWN, I'm not letting that smacking low life nasty person IQSRLOW/depthought/curry muncher admin this forum.
When I signed the petition it was for a fair new election to be held, not a smacking coup. I'm disgusted, particularly in you FD, do you want that low life smacking nasty person deepthought to admin your forum? He's a smacking stalker who reveals members private details, you put this forum in that nasty people hands and nobody will post here because it will be the most unsafe smacking forum on the WWW.

Oh, do you want to post up my posts from other forums again mantra?

All I wanted you to do was remove your signature that was unpalatable and totally personal. Everyone knows about your problems now and they don't need a constant reminder.

I've deleted all those nasty comments you wrote about FD a couple of weeks ago on his other forum.

You've only got to remove the stuff you copied from my post and this whole matter can be put in the cyber trash bin where it belongs.
