This is a thread devoted to those who have joyously overcome the threat of death as a muslim to embrace Jesus Christ as their saviour. As we know however, Islam kills people who change their religion. So much for 'no compulsion in religion.'

If you want to talk about people going from Christianity to Islam, please do it in another thread. This thread is just about the miracle of people leaving Islam for Christianity. Actually, it would be equally good if they left Islam for ANYTHING else. But Christianity works too.

Also, I see Judaism and Christianity as good religions which if followed properly according to their mainstream teachings, can do humanity a lot of good.

Whereas, I see Islam as a bad and corrupt ideology of convenience perpetrated by a medieval warlord as a means of control. A schooling only in the ways of banditry, deception, deceit, rape, plunder, warfare and barbarism. Islam has nothing to offer the world but violence and despair. It should be confined to the furthest reaches of the globe away from all civilised persons.

If your God is about, we really need his help now.

I should also say, that even if I dont share Father Botrous belief's - I acknowledge him to be a most courageous man. Him and his followers, a number of ex-muslims appear on his TV show week after week on Arabic satellite, and Al Quada has put a $30 million bounty on his head. I truly hope they do not get him.

The patient and scholarly way in which he debates callers concerning the hadith and the Koran is to be admired. He ties them in knots so the only thing they can do is rant and rave.

Maybe Abu should ring his show and show us all how its done. Probably Abu doesnt have satellite though. I'm sure he has some Islamic friends with satellite channels - for sure. The Youtube clip of Abu Rashid debating Father Boutros would be GOLD.
