British troops are in Afghanistan, occupying the country and killing innocent civilians.

British Muslims are in Afghanistan, protecting the country against an invading army.

Yet the Muslims are the bad guys right?

They are the guests of a MUSLIM government. Elected by the people. The people fighting them, just want power. The Northern Alliance, while I disagree with their aims and goals, they aren't here in the Dar al Harb, and don't seem to be promoting jihad in the Dar al Harb - and they have kept their part of the bargain with the infidel. So don't conflate the Taliban with 'all muslims' in Afghanistan. A lot of the locals HATE the Taliban because of their oppressive ways, but they are scared and the Coalition and the Afghan govt cant be everywhere. I have spoken to soldiers who have said that the locals say, we hate the Taliban, and we want to help you..but who helps us when you are gone and the Taliban are not?

And yes the Taliban are the bad guys. They were massacring people, their own people, long before the US got there. The US doesnt indiscriminately and deliberately kill civilians. It takes great pains to AVOID killing civilians, whereas the Taliban take great pains to kill as many civilians as possible.

If you want to go and support the Taliban Abu, go join them. It really would be a good use of my tax dollars to see you taken out with some Australian ordnance.

They killing taliban. Taliban are not innocent civilians. Taliban are despicable terrorists and human rights abusers. Those who support taliban have no place in civilised countries like Britain or USA or Australia. They should be left in Afghanistan dead. That is the will of allah.

Do you think that Mohammed needed US foreign policy to rampage around teh middle east more than 1000 years ago? Or any of the other muslims after him? Do you think they needed US foreign policy to invade Spain, France, the Byzantine Empire, Syria, Nigeria, Turkey, Austria?

You don't get it. The Taliban are just doing what Islam commands them to do, install sharia law, kill all the infidels. that has been going on for more than 1000 years. And its an article of faith, not some resistance measure against US foreign policy. They dont care what US policy is - the US are infidels and have to die and live under sharia law.
