Ethnic clensing by muslims in Buddhist Thailand.

Last Buddhist family in Narathiwat village attacked

http://www.nationmultimedia.com/breakingnews/read.php?newsid=30087410

Narathiwat - The last Buddhist family in a village of this southern border province was attacked by Muslim insurgents Sunday, killing the mother and severely injuring the daughter.

The attack against the family in Moo 7 village of Tambon Laloh of Ruesoh district happened at 1:20 pm.

Police said the mother Ladda Sutthani, 72, owner of a clothes shop, was fatally shot and her daughter, Darunee Duangkaew, 39, was severely injured and sent to the provincial hospital.

Ladda, who was shot at her head and neck, died before she was sent to the hospital.

Police said the two were sitting inside the shop with two other relatives and the insurgents arrived on two motorcycles. They initially pretended to buy clothes but opened fire at the mother and daughter while the two relatives managed to flee.

The shop was attacked with a bomb two years ago, injuring Ladda. Darunee's husband was killed about a year ago.

Ladda and Darunee's family is the last Buddhist family in the village.

Soren,

You are so mistaken.

Muslims would not do such things.

Or perhaps these Buddhists were offending, and insulting, ISLAM?
.....so the muslims had to defend ISLAM???

Yes, so sorry. Two women, 72 and 39 years old, are sooooo dangerous, their very exsistence is an affront.

But, you know, it was the bad muslims that did it. True islam is peace and this sort of thing is so un-islamic and such an abberration. You never hear anything like this in a month of Sundays.

Actually, it was probably some Mossad or CIA stooges who did it anyway. Thailand is a well-known area of operation for them.

Jews and Americans, eh? How low can they stoop? Killing Buddhists now - ccould not happen under the Caliph. And for what? Oil and to blacken the muslims. That's all it is. Plus they are afraid of all their peeople converting to islam in droves.

More and more and more ........

"AT least 25 people were killed and dozens wounded today in a double bomb attack in a market in a Sunni district of Baghdad, security officials said.

The attackers set off a car bomb in Adhamiyah, then a suicide bomber ran into the resulting melee and blew up, according to defence and interior ministry officials.

An interior ministry official said 48 were wounded.

The Medical City hospital received 37 wounded people, including several women and children and two Iraqi soldiers, a medic said.

Witnesses said the attack took place on a street lined with restaurants as a bus carrying children to a school drove past.

Adhamiyah, a Sunni neighbourhood tucked into the mostly Shiite eastern half of the city, saw fierce clashes at the height of Iraq's sectarian violence but there has been a sharp reduction in attacks there over the last year.

Despite the dramatic improvement in security in large swathes of Iraq, including the capital, militants continue to launch near daily attacks, most of them targeting US and Iraqi security forces. "

and more amd more

"A GIRL believed to be just 13 has detonated an explosives belt and blown herself up at a checkpoint in Iraq - killing four guards and injuring 15 civilians.

Police said the attacker activated her explosives belt at a checkpoint in Baquba, capital of Diyala province.

The checkpoint is manned by former Sunni insurgents, Sawha, who switched sides to battle al-Qaeda.

Fifteen people, including three women, were injured in the attack.

Dr Ahmed Fuad of Baquba General Hospital confirmed the number of killed and wounded and said the bomber appeared to be a 13-year-old girl.

Diyala is one of the most dangerous areas of Iraq. Insurgent groups and al-Qaeda have continued launching attacks there despite a massive military crackdown by US and Iraqi forces.
A number of attacks in Diyala, especially suicide bombings, have been carried out by women.

Since the beginning of the year more than 30 women have committed suicide in Iraq attacks, compared with eight in 2007.

Baquba, 60km north of Baghdad, is regularly hit by bombings as a result of fighting between members of al-Qaeda and the Sahwa.

Sahwa members are mostly former insurgents who fought US and Iraqi forces after dictator Saddam Hussein's fall in 2003, but have helped curb violence since late 2006 when they started helping the Americans to battle al-Qaeda."

And more ...

Men plotted violent jihad, court told  November 11, 2008

FIVE Sydney men accused of plotting violent jihad in Australia were Islamic extremists who believed their faith was under attack, a jury has been told.

Opening his case against the men, crown prosecutor Richard Maidment SC said circumstantial evidence would show they planned to detonate an explosive device or use firearms in pursuit of their religious, political and ideological cause.

Khaled Cheikho, Moustafa Cheikho, Mohamed Ali Elomar, Abdul Rakib Hasan and Mohammed Omar Jamal have all pleaded not guilty in the New South Wales Supreme Court to conspiring to commit an act, or acts, in preparation for a terrorist act.

Mr Maidment told the 15 jurors selected to hear the case that large quantities of extremist material, seized during searches of the men's homes, venerated the work of "notorious persons" such as al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.

"They possessed large quantities of literature which supported indiscriminate killing, mass murder and martyrdom in pursuit of violent jihad, and which apparently sought to provide religious justification for conduct of that nature," he said.

"They possessed images and videos depicting violent jihad at work, including images of the planes going into the World Trade Centre (in New York on September 11, 2001) and images of death and destruction on the battlefield."

The videos also depicted ritual beheadings, and other forms of violence connected with violent jihad, Mr Maidment said.

As part of their conspiracy, some of the men had obtained or tried to obtain chemicals or other materials that could be used to make an explosive device, he said.

They had also obtained, or had sought to obtain, firearms and ammunition in connection with the plot, Mr Maidment said.

The alleged conspiracy took place between July 2004 and November 2005, and included at least four other men, he said.

All five of the accused were devout Muslims, who believed the world was divided into two camps, "those who adhered strictly to the Muslim faith, and those who did not".

They also believed that Islam was under attack throughout the world, and that there was a religious obligation to come to its defence.

They believed "that jihad was the primary means by which the religious obligation should be fulfilled and that a significant and legitimate part of that fulfillment was the pursuit of violent jihad".

This involved "the application of extreme force and violence, involving the killing of those who did not share the ... extremist belief held by the accused", Mr Maidment said.

Mr Maidment said the evidence would show the men were working together towards a common objective "to prepare for the commission of one or more terrorist acts in Australia".

Justice Anthony Whealy earlier told jurors they must bring an unbiased mind to the trial and put their knowledge and opinions about Islam to one side.

"It would be wrong for you to assume ... the guilt or innocence of the accused simply because of your views on the way the Muslim lifestyle is dealt with in the media," he said.

"It's an obvious truism for me to tell you that the Muslim religion is not on trial here."

The trial continues."

did you like that muslim logic ?

Quote:
Islamic extremists who believed their faith was under attack

Quote:
detonate an explosive device or use firearms in pursuit of their religious, political and ideological cause.

Quote:
believed the world was divided into two camps, "those who adhered strictly to the Muslim faith, and those who did not".

So if anyone questions the muslim faith for violence, BLOW THEM UP !!!

This is why I have such trouble understanding why Abu and Lestat object to my claim that Muslims should reign in Islamic extremists and terrorists. Even if you thought the US was to blame for invading Iraq, it would still be the right thing to do. Simply waiting for a Caliphate to restore order for you is absurd. This is starting to look like Northern Ireland, and at this rate it is going to take just as long for the Shiits and Sunnis to come to their senses. Maybe longer if even Muslims living in peace on the other side of the world object to the notion of Muslims taking responsibility.

"A FORMER Qantas employee who became the second person convicted under Australia's tough anti-terror laws has been found guilty in absentia of terrorism charges in Lebanon.

At a sentencing hearing in the NSW Supreme Court yesterday, lawyers for Belal Saadallah Khazaal, who has been found guilty of producing a book knowing it could assist in a terrorist act, argued that his convictions in Lebanon should not be taken into account because he was never able to put his side of the case.

Khazaal, 38, of Lakemba in Sydney's southwest, was convicted in absentia in Lebanon for his alleged involvement in funding the 2003 bombing of a McDonald's restaurant in Beirut.

He was sentenced in absentia to 15 years for falsifying a passport for another Australian man who had fled to Lebanon from Australia.

This information was not revealed to the jury in his NSW Supreme Court trial, at which he was convicted in September of producing a book described as a "do-it-yourself terrorism guide" containing an assassination hit-list that included US President George W. Bush.

In the first conviction of its kind in Australia, Khazaal was found guilty of the offence of compiling a book knowing it could assist in a terrorist act.

However, the NSW Supreme Court jury failed to reach a verdict on a second charge against Khazaal of attempting to incite a terrorist act.

On that basis, Khazaal's barrister, George Thomas, argued that any sentence handed down to his client must be at the lower end of the scale.

Khazaal was arrested and charged in June 2004 over the publication on the internet of a 110-page book titled Provision on the Rules of Jihad - short judicial rulings and organisational instructions for fighters and mujahideen against infidels.

He was among the first people charged after the federal Government introduced tough new terrorism laws in late 2003.

Khazaal's conviction followed that in June 2006 of Sydney architect Faheem Khalid Lodhi, who became the first person convicted under the new laws.

The book listed various means of assassination, including letter-bombs, booby-trapping cars, kidnappings, poisonings and shooting down planes.

The book also contained a hit-list of officials and countries to be targeted, including Australia and the US.

In the Supreme Court yesterday, Khazaal's close friend and doctor Tamir Khalil said Khazaal was suffering from medical ailments including a possible neurological condition that might have affected his behaviour at the time of the offence.

Dr Khalil said he had known Khazaal for many years and had never known him to display any violent tendencies, or even to talk about violence. But the doctor said Khazaal's medical history indicated a possibility he might have a tumour on his brain and this should be investigated.

Khazaal's wife, Mervat, gave evidence, telling the court her husband spent a lot of time working with angry Muslim youths, trying to protect them from their own emotions.

"He tried to cool them down," Ms Khazaal told the court.

She described her husband as a lovely man who was honest and generous and respected her.

During the trial, US terrorism expert Evan Kohlmann described the book as a do-it-yourself guide to terrorism aimed at people who did not have Osama bin Laden's telephone number.

Khazaal will be sentenced at a date to be fixed next year."

Narrated Abu Hurayrah: Amr ibn Uqaysh had given usurious loans in pre-
Islamic period; so he disliked embracing Islam until he took them.
He came on the day of Uhud and asked: ‘Where are my cousins?’ They (the people) replied: ‘At Uhud.’
He asked: ‘Where is so-and-so?’ They said: ‘At Uhud.’ He asked:
‘Where is so-and-so?’ They said: ‘At Uhud.’
He then put on his coat of mail and rode his horse; he then proceeded towards them.
When the Muslims saw him, they said: ‘Keep away, Amir.’ He said: ‘I have become a believer.’
He fought until he was wounded. He was then taken to his family wounded.
Sa'd ibn Mu'adh came to his sister: ‘Ask him (whether he fought) out of partisanship, out of anger for them, or out of anger for Allah.’ He said: ‘Out of anger of Allah and His Apostle.’ He then died and entered Paradise. He did not offer any prayer for Allah.

So as long as you die fighting and angry "for allah" that is fine ?

Being angry for God means being angry with that which God disapproves of. Are you not angry with what God disapproves of? Or are you happy and content with it? I'd say the latter judging by your views so far. You're happy with sin and filth and displeased with righteousness and piety.

Besides, in your Bible, when Prophets went to war, they supposedly killed old and young, men, women, maidens, ripped unborn babies from their mothers' wombs, yet you constantly see fit to criticise Islam? Because a man fought for that which displeases God??

I was just thinking about it recently, compared to the descriptions of Prophets (pbut) from the OT (adulterers, incestous, drunken orgies with their daughters, sending neighbours to war because they covet their wifes, building temples to pagan deities, keeping 700 concubines etc etc (which I believe is all slander anyway)) Muhammad (pbuh) is the most moral, upstanding prophet ever to walk the earth.

this is a good one, I'll prob get the boot though

"Ali (ra) was about to kill one of the quraish in battle when the man spat in his face.
So he lowered his sword and let him go since if he continued with killing the man at that point it would have been for the sake of his own anger and not because the man was an open enemy of the Muslims bent on wiping us out."

Imagine the battlefield after the fight .
It'ld be coated in spittle.
