Well, there is the doctrine of Takfir.

Takfir == declared apostate, a person who can be legally killed by muslims.
....Similar in consequence to being declared 'Outlaw', in Old English Law.
....i.e. a person declared an 'outlaw', was unprotected by English law.

Did you get that?...
If a person is an EX-muslim, ".....his blood may legally be spilled."

That, is a *legal sanction* within ISLAM, for any muslim to execute all EX-muslims they come across.

And according to ISLAMIC law, a muslim is innocent in such an action [killing an apostate].

Why????

Because, all devout muslims are innocent.

And, everyone else [all non-muslims], are 'guilty'.
......and,  ".....his blood may legally be spilled.", by a muslim.
