Rationality is in the eye of the beholder.

It's based on a belief, which the believer holds to also be rational. It's still a belief. We have a law against murder, because we BELIEVE it's not a nice thing to do. Most of us also believe that's the only rational belief to hold (thankfully), but there's plenty of other laws, all based on beliefs too, that many people will disagree over how rational they are. Abortion is one particular law (mentioned in another thread recently).

As far as I know there is nothing in communist ideology against public nudity. Australia also has plenty of public nudists.

Why then in the 1982 Grand Final a naked female stripper on the MCG field was arrested by police and charged?
What would happen if you go naked near a school or in a business centre?
As for communist ideology the MCCB contradicts your assertion.

MCCB?

Why then in the 1982 Grand Final a naked female stripper on the MCG field was arrested by police and charged?

I think it is illegal to run onto the field during a game. This became a bit of a problem for a while.

But other people did and were removed without being charged with indecent behaviour.

Criminal law, public decency, traffic laws, taxes, finance laws etc. And in these areas EVERY single other idoelogy clearly DOES implement these kinds of laws/systems on all their citizens.

Abu, being able to tangentially relate any law to something someone beleives in hardly justifies this claim about every single ideology implimenting laws on people. An ideology is not the same as a belief. I believe 1+1=2. Is that an ideology?

Surely you're able to discern the difference between confidence in the fact a mathematical problem and it's solution hold true, and the systematic implementation of beliefs by a state, Islamic, Communist, Democratic or otherwise. Please dispense with the childish analogies.

But there is no 'systematic implimentation' of communism beyond the economic system. Likewise Australia's laws are far from systematic. Most of it is case law.

It was worked out by ideologists of CPUSSR as 3rdCP Programm and was voted in by delegates on 22nd general meeting of CPUSSR in 1961

So again, you are confusing Russian government propaganda with communist ideology....

What Russian government propaganda? Looks like you have no idea what you are talking about. Go read history of USSR, CPUSSR,  RSSR and CPRSSR.

freediver, you're still remaining completely oblivious to the point. They did legislate based on what they perceived Communist ideology to be. Likewise Australia legsilates based on what they consider Democratic or Secular ideology to be.

They permit homosexuality and nude sunbathing for instance because they believe that the principles of personal freedom that come from the Democratic and Secular ideologies hold them to be acceptable behaviours.
