FD- you are a completely biased tool

I am disgusted with the way you have removed Mantra's post where she displays her arrogance and ignorance and you have done nothing but add to it.

You peas of the same ignorant pod

Political Animal has little moderation. It is the forum for free speech and free thinkers to converse passionately without the threat of being banned. It is a forum for adults.

freediver you display all the characteristics of the lefty tyrant.  You also allow the bullys to bully you into interfering in the freedom of the user run boards.

As an advocate of freedoms I suspend myself in protest.

You should join the Greens.

Consideration should be taken before action- I hope you really don't have any plans for politics after this sordid display

DT says.."

"deleted post all over the place.."

Yes and I said as much..But if I  unduly upset a poster with my actions..I would try to remedy same.

This has gotten all a bit blown out of proportion for heavens sake.

Calm down everyone..

No need for self suspension etc..anyone out thhheeeerrrreee?????/

It displays the tyranny of the left in trying to first stymie a light hearted discussion then to demand action (and of course receive it from the leftist forum establishment) when the rules were clearly stated.

I hope this serves as a warning to all what the left are truly about...tyranny, dictatorship and to acquiesce to the minority at the expense of the majority when the minority cannot follow the rules simply stated, so they insist that the rules are changed to suit themselves.

It is disgusting...

I'm back and I want to thank everyone who also suspended themselves in protest at the tyranny of the leftard.  It seems no one posted at all today apart from Oceans keeping an eye on my reputation for me (oh, Sappho dropped her guts in the farting thread but she is a no one).

Has the deleted post been reinstated yet free?  Or are you against freedom in the user run boards?

Im not sure posters suspended themselves so much as its just been a bit difficult to get in again.

Lets all get on and forget this silly arguement.

Yes, except Sappho - she relinquished her right to be a someone when she demonstrated the extent of her extreme bigotry and her propensity to shriek insult and abuse on another forum.  Even a tolerant soul like me has standards below which when someone drops they drop out of recognisable humanity and submerge themselves in the sewer.

So when a no one stalks me it is as if nothing happened.   Grin

But I am keen to know if autonomy is still a key aspect of the user run boards or if in fact freediver's tyranny extends to every corner of the forum - irrespective of what he hypocritically alleges.

Did her old fart comment ruffle your feathers.?

No.  I never get ruffled.  I just have little time for intolerance and am not afraid to say so.  As a righty I believe in equality and freedom.  I vote Liberal.

Perhaps you need to make an effort to speak out against intolerance.  I don't.  To me upholding one's standards of decency does not require feather ruffling - it is a perfectly natural state of being.

If you cared for carers and seniors and workers you would not have voted Liebor.  Who is it you care for?

If a member really wants to delete an individual post I will do it for them, regardless of which board it is on. Members used to be able to do this themselves but I turned it off because I suspected it was being abused. I don't see any difference between turning the feature back on and doing it myself for a member. I'm sorry if it spoiled your fun but no-one agreed to any rules about never being allowed to delete their own post. Furthermore, mantra did not agree to the terms you set out in that thread. There is no rule that says you have to read a thread and agree to any arbitrary rules posted by the board moderator in the thread before posting. As far as I am concerned, a member's right to delete an individual post comes before your right to make fun of them. It comes before your rights as a moderator.

No worries, as you have decided that the user run boards are not really user run boards be so kind as to remove me from moderating.  I see no point in moderating if you intend to moderate anyway.

And it had nothing to do with fun, it was a matter of upholding the spirit of the forum thread.  If mantra didn't enjoy the thread her choice could have been to stay away.  But she chose to participate (no one made her do that) against the spirit of a light hearted thread just to complain about the light hearted thread.

Once she chose to be there she has no right to complain that the rules be changed to suit her.  Only weak minded bullys do that.
