If you put the federal government in charge of the Sahara Desert, in 5 years there'd be a shortage of sand.

The 2 best things to come out of Victoria are VB and the Hume Hwy.

Leftists and the Ayatollahs have a lot in common when it comes to criticism of Islam, they don't tolerate it.

No No I have it on good authority that there are about 15 people who cannot afford to leave.

Are you moving to WA, Bobby?

It's not affecting me too much yet as I don't have an investment property -
so I'll stay here for now.

Sooner or later Labor will charge people who own their own house rent.

I’ve said it before …we do pay a rent to live in our homes! Rates! Ours is a ridiculous $5,200 per annum!
So we are paying $100 per week to live in our home!

That's an expensive wheelie bin service.  Grin

Extraordinary things are happening in Melbourne.

A mysterious crime syndicate, which appears to be a Middle Eastern gang linked to the city’s tobacco wars, is firebombing bars and nightclubs, and the police seem powerless to stop it.

Venues said today they’ll have to close for good if the campaign of terror continues, which could totally kill off nightlife in the city of 5.5 million.

African gangs have been running amok for two decades, carrying out weekly machete attacks and home invasions while the police and the media pretend they don’t exist and that their ethnicity is not a factor, even though 50% of the youth detention centre population is African.

Victoria Police has 1,500 vacancies it can’t fill even though it has lowered standards to the point where even midgets can join.

Emergency calls go unanswered, police stations stay closed, and serious crimes go un-investigated, while at the same time the woke police force has seemingly unlimited resources to deal with “homophobic slurs”, celebrate trans insanity, and punish patriotism.

There is a five-day trial underway in Melbourne at the moment, not for Middle Eastern “bar wars” thugs, or African machete gang members, but for four men who allegedly booed during an aboriginal humiliation ritual on Anzac Day.

I have yet to see a cop midget.
Some cops I've seen looked large enough to be WWE professional wrestlers.   Shocked

Wow - how did that midget get accepted?

When I was a kid I thought cops had to be a minimum height of 5' 10"  ?

and also preferably strongly built - not skinny blokes ? -

and none with hot limp hands.   Undecided

https://www.noticer.news/victoria-police-height-debate/

Some Victorians reacted to the video by recalling being refused selection in the past for not being tall enough.

“I was told I couldn’t join Vic police because I’m 5 ft 8 and you have to be 6 foot. This was back in the late 80s. I should file a lawsuit,” said one commenter.

“Back in my day you had to be 6ft tall and weigh over 90kg to join the force,” wrote another.

“When I applied back in the 70s, there was a height requirement,” said a third.

You won’t find cops coming to your aid if there’s no money in it or bonuses for them or the state revenue raising. That’s where the cops are, hiding where they can book you where speed change areas are newly set up.
Daughter went to city and went from main highway into an instant 40 zone and there was a cop aiming the camera. She had hoped she slowed down in time but was surprised to see him just past the 40 Kph sign.
That’s where the cops are! Victoria is broke don’t you know!

Couple days ago, I shopped at Woolies then I said to hubby I need to go to loo, so he held the bag of foodstuff and found a bench seat.
I came out and he tells me a 15/16 year old girl was approached by 2 Woolies workers and said they wanted to do a bag search. They retrieved 2 items she had stolen. Then let her go free.

Hubby said how did you know she stole anything? They replied they watch on computer/camera in a small office.
He asked why they let her go free and not call police.
They said the police won’t come.
Hubby made a comment the country is stuffed! They agreed.
