If you have only money for the cheaper end of the market you
need to be a good DIYer to fix it all up over a period of years.

What goes up must eventually come down. Unless the government continues to fund artificial growth via more grants.

Banks be very concerned may need a government / taxpayer bailout to keep them rich  in the comfort they demand.

If history repeats itself.

When Americans sneeze Australians catch a cold.

The Australian government  ( don’t matter who you vote for they are all the same) will prop up the property market until they run out of  our cash.

Things may get interesting very quickly.

Average house prices for a fibro shack on land in western Sydney is over $1.5 million.

A couple would need combined income over $300k a year to qualify for a loan.

Repayments would be over $9K a month for 30 years.

AnAl said his 5% deposit would help first home buyers and labor voters fell for it hook line and sinker.

Leftists and the Ayatollahs have a lot in common when it comes to criticism of Islam, they don't tolerate it.
