More lies by Trump on trade

Trump has again repeated ridiculous and easily disproven lies regarding trade between Japan and the United States. He claimed that Japan won’t buy American rice and they didn’t buy a single American car in ten years. Both claims are demonstrably false, as Japan imported nearly $300m worth of US rice last year and over $110m already this year. As for cars, last year Japan imported almost 17,000 US cars.

His lies border on criminal and unfortunately his MAGA cult members just take his word for it instead of doing any checking up on what he says.

I think most people and nations have come to understand this as Trump's way of scouting out for options, bluffs and what cards are on the table? Some of his lies, make journalists and leaders have a laugh 'with' him. The Left are still asleep at their wheel on this.

I won't bother responding to your TDS drivel. However..

- Inflation has now fallen to 2.8%
- The middle class have the highest real wage increase in decades
- new business startups have reached record highs
- Overseas corporations are now returning back to the US
- Trump is cutting the ties with the globalist cabal and their dystopian plans.

Time for Australia to take a page from Trump's America, kick out the "Crown" and grow some balls for a sovereign Australia. This is what the US did, on this day - 249 years ago.

Japan doesn't need American cars because they are generally too big in space-conscious Japan. It's highly unlikely you're going to see a Dodge Ram or a GMC Denali in Tokyo. So it's not that Japan has anything against US cars, they just have no use for them, generally speaking.
