or seeking to empower those who would sway our choices with emotion, and 'feelings'.
As far as we are able, we ought to follow the guidance of objective facts and that which we know is true.
ought = = used to indicate duty or correctness. used to indicate a desirable or expected state. used to give or ask advice.WOKENESS is a lie......WOKENESS is attributing currency and agency, to those who trade in faux virtue.
WOKENESS is 'virtue'.....lacking truth.
e.g.
'CANCEL CULTURE' almost always is a mob, seeking to socially isolate and punish an iconoclast, or maverick,
because an individual, is an iconoclast, or maverick.....and because their opinion, is not 'perfectly' aligned with the 'trained' HIVE MIND.
