Miketrees is a nice guy. But he hardly ever appears, let alone be interactive with the Forum. 1% being here in the year is NOT being a Mod.

Time for a New Moderator of this Board and I'm appraising Frank to run for it.
He posts in this Board the most and has an honest upfront approach to the theme of the Board.
All the basic requirements of someone who is authentically interested, to run this Board as Moderator.

Elections can be fun and the last one was a good one.
Miketrees shouldn't be contacted about this. He'll just say he's still interested. Post for a week or two and quietly drift away again. They all do and we get nowhere towards a better Forum as a whole.
Sure, he's a nice guy. But so was the Boss of the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks Club, before he let it fall into ruin. He was even nice about leaving it sinking and seeking a job with a possible Gosford Bears into the NRL.

Time for a New Moderator of this Board.

Frank is the best choice in my opinion. He contributed here more than anyone. Because of that, this Board does well.

The Mod should have to tell the board owners that he/she no longer wants the job & they then call for nominations .... then a vote/election can be held. Other than that butt out.
