it all sounds very warm and fuzzy saying it will cut carbon lol.. I wonder who we will depend on to PROVE that to us... Swan or Garnaut?..

You know Flannery and the science is saying we have already locked in 1 to 2 degrees of warming and that the whole debate now is about stopping it from going higher and reaching those tipping points.
