I dunno why it was on a sign, but I wish it didn't make the news everytime some lamo took offence to something or other.

I think it means, it is okay as long as it isn't my group that is being made fun of. Which is hypocritical.

The apostrophe is missing from "Today's Special", and that's not how you spell "aboriginal"!
