Optus and other teloc companies are providing a complaints service that merely frustrates telco customers, telcos making excuses one Optus excuse being local towers are being fixed etc., when there was nothing wrong or being done with towers. When communicating with telcos, some times waiting for up to an hour for replies.  Several years ago I had complaint issues with Optus... this ABC story is long past it’s date of bringing to public awareness and yet stories don’t have any theories to why so many complaints have so many miss-information excuses.

     My take on what’s happening are that Telstra are losing customers to cheaper telcos and or hoping to increase customer base by getting other telco companies to deny services to their customers to ware down their customers resolve of complaining to why services are denied and or troublesome, the idea being telco customers may switch to Telstra paying more for Telstra services to get a more reliable service.

     Another reason complaining to telco companies is more a frustrating experience is that psychologically people instinctively learn to easily give up complaining telling themselves ‘complaining is a waste of time’.

     This psychological conditioning was also present during people’s schooling years so much so my mere mentioning the trigger word “school” has most people ignoring any further awareness attention on reading my theory subject. For those still reading, 13 years of increasing mental stresses, increasing home work, students have no ability to complain because they know complaining is pointless, that complaining will probably get complainers into trouble.
     After all the effort spent at school students don’t know anything worth remembering that may have been useful other than spelling words, doing maths merely brings on school learning mental stress traumas one reason most people avoid calculating available money to finance spending habits whom get themselves into debt.
     Unskilled at thinking people are frequently living on minimum wage unskilled work employment, I say this is what limited knowledge school learning is about. That school learning psychologically conditions students to “give up” not to care, “don’t bother.” everything done at school for most students is punishingly mentally stressful. Not wanting to experience skilled thinking knowledge whom tell themselves “not to bother” spend their entire lives working for minimum wages if they can find and maintain employment.

     Media are also to blame for psychologically conditioning people’s ignoring information that media provided information is usually useless pointless can’t achieve anything behaviours: rolled over television commercials, one advertised program to be shown rather than many programs being advertised; commercials relating to chocolates: Kitkat; Cadbury; M&Ms… are media trying to sell something few people want to buy? or are media psychologically conditioning people to instinctively ignore irrelevant to their lives information.

     My theory being there exists a number of people whom meet in boys clubs much like the Masons, influencing each other on how best to manipulate populations drawing on what academic experts on the subject say “cause and effect” what ruling classes did in the past.
     Media, getting in front of populations and telling people what to believe and wearing down people’s caring to complain, keeping people ignorant to reality, are important to ruling classes. Selling stuff using media commercials are little more than conditioning people’s awareness to not want to care to take notice. Rather than have media companies make profits, the many media companies are financed by invented bank credits. Years ago stories of channel 10 going bankrupt, being sold to a foreign company, I witnessed programs didn’t change to bring channel 10 into profitability.

     Media stories of huge companies worth billions of dollars are mere stories, that stories influence our beliefs, such stories should be considered as distracting from our own concerns propaganda reinforcing poor thinking ability people whom believe what they’re told, beliefs that capitalism is good making people wealthy whom use investments and that capitalism works.

     Telcos no resolution after complaining conditioning people into a “don’t bother” escapist mentality thinking, sets people up for being stolen from, that confidence tricksters are aided by people whom give up, thinking “don’t bother” worrying nor caring to complain, that merely moving on to other issues distracts them from their own remembering of their lost wealth.

     USA Wall Street stock market are in bubble territory, that Donald Trump is depicted by media to be corrupt as well as stupid seeking revenge on his enemies, I would not be surprised Trump gets the blame for a Wall Street crash, blamed for a period of economic depression, that psychologically conditioned people will fall into the belief that “stuff happens” and shrug off the worrying of their lost wealth, and don’t bother complaining.
