Pan-Islamist group Hizb ut-Tahrir’s plan to hold a national conference in Sydney, premised on the message that Islam is the change “the world desperately needs”, has prompted concern from senior state and federal political figures.

Delivering the 2025 Lowy Lecture on Tuesday, the Director-General of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation, Mike Burgess, said Australia had never faced “so many different threats” at once and stressed social cohesion was “under siege”.

The spy chief also compared tactics used by Hizb ut-Tahrir, an international pan-Islamist and Islamic fundamentalist political organisation, with those employed by neo-Nazis.

He said the religiously motivated organisation's “provocative behaviour, offensive rhetoric and insidious strategy” was “very similar” to that of the National Socialist Network.

I’m a little right leaning , if they had a decent leader and I support the right of free speech in Australia to protest.

I will ask again as my initial comment remains unanswered?

Why are the Palestine Hamas terriost organisation allowed to protest weekly but when a group of white Nazi support the EXACT same views and beliefs suddenly they are held to a different level of law and authority?

I suspect that there more votes in turning a blind eye to the Palestinian hate speech and more to be gained from cracking down on a small group saying exactly the same thing?

One outrage for one group using hate speech is totally unacceptable.

Different for another group saying the exact same thing.

Simple - you can't hold the Sallows to a higher code of conduct - so therefore they are less liable for any problems they cause etc - but when a group of White Boys - who should know better - do the same things - well - that's just a bad tick against the superior White race... that's how it works.

The white man's burden can be onerous and a little twisted at times... Karnal would agree... all Sallows should just be chucked on the cheek and sent on their way like children even if they riot and kill ... we can't expect any better from them or from the mental deficients who support them... we must extend sympathy and understanding to those simply incapable of behaving in a civilised manner - but surely we can expect a higher standard from White Boys!!
