Australia is also a flawed democracy -
a one party State with 2 main branches: Labor and Liberal.

We saw totalitarianism during Covid.

Can you cite one factor, other than economic or political inclusiveness, that is more closely correlated with a country's per capita wealth or military strength?

Or is it just your own use of the word "equate" that you are tripping yourself up on?

And power is often shared between multiple parties.

Albo got in with only 1/3rd of the vote and it was a landslide victory.

That means that 2/3rds of people didn't want him to be PM -
sounds like a great democracy - NOT. Roll Eyes
