He literally has no idea what 'percentage' means.

Astonishing that a "man" this uneducated and ignorant can be POTUS.

It reminded me of some stupid Australians that were interviewed on the news when the GST was first introduced here.

Their argument was that people who had to walk to the shops everyday for their groceries were going to be worse off than people with cars who did their shopping once a fortnight.

Why?

Because people with cars, who do one big fortnightly shop, would only have to pay the GST twice a month whereas people who had to walk to the shops daily were going to be paying the GST 30 times a month.

FFS, how is it possible that adults are this stupid?

This one is totally indefensible.

If he had said "1,500%" just once it could be dismissed as a slip of the tongue.

However, he's said it several times over several weeks.

Moreover, he quoted several figures above 100%.
