Yes a 25% increase in rates is astronomic.

Regardless of how the Council is travelling financially they cannot justify such an increase in one go.

BTW there is no such Council as the Biggenden Council.

Biggenden is in the North Burnett region and comes under the control of North Burnett Regional Council. The Headquarters are in Gayndah.
