The real “race” ends on election day, but even then, it's not a contest in the way you think. Once voting ends, the count simply reveals the result that was already decided by the ballots cast, both in-person and postal.
The media may love declaring who’s “in the lead” as results trickle in, but this framing only stirs up unrealistic expectations. It fuels the notion among the less discerning, like yourself, that the election was somehow stolen because their favourite candidate appeared to be ahead during the count.
This is no different from your reaction to debates. You’d already declared Trump the winner before he even spoke, so when Harris thoroughly outperformed him, you couldn’t admit it; in your mind, he’d “already won.” And so the conspiracies began, claims that it was “4 on 1” or some other excuse.
Now, you’re priming yourself to do the same with the election results, asserting the Democrats are already cheating.
Get a grip on reality. You don't need to be another one of the conspiratorial loudmouths here.
