Trump vs Harris Debate
Sep 9th, 2024 at 6:54am

Trump is still setting the groupwork to excuse his humiliating loss to Harris in the debate,

He is clearly apprehensive and rightfully so.

His most fervent supporters have already preemptively declared his victory, despite the fact that the debate hasn't even taken place.

While his base will remain loyal regardless of the outcome, his real challenge lies in convincing the undecided voters, whose support is essential for any realistic chance of success in November.

A crushing defeat would be particularly damaging with this demographic, and the stakes couldn't be higher for him. It's entirely possible he may even avoid appearing altogether.

His debate tactics remain stagnant, unchanged for nearly a decade. Everyone knows what to expect: a barrage of falsehoods, disruptive bullying, constant interruptions, and immature antics while his opponent speaks.

His behaviour will likely mirror the same petulance and lack of decorum that have defined his public persona for years.

It’s important to note that, throughout his entire political career, he has never succeeded in a debate on the merits of facts or reasoned argument.
