The military owns recruits for life

Why would anyone join the military when they can charge you with doing things they don't like for the rest of your life.

Joining the military means you give up your freedom by purportedly fighting for the freedom of others.

They can grab you, put a black bag over your head, imprison you, torture you, and then prevent any defense by claiming government secrecy.

To what are you talking about? Australian Military Law only applies to serving members of the Australian Military and civilians when martial law has been declared. Outside of uniform you are only subject to civil law, unless you are serving.

Overseas the situation may vary, depending on the law code in force for foreigners. Roll Eyes
