NEW YORK (December 10, 2019) – New York Attorney General Letitia James today released the following statement after Donald J. Trump was forced to pay more than $2 million in court-ordered damages to eight different charities for illegally misusing charitable funds at the Trump Foundation for political purposes:

“Not only has the Trump Foundation shut down for its misconduct, but the president has been forced to pay $2 million for misusing charitable funds for his own political gain. Charities are not a means to an end, which is why these damages speak to the president’s abuse of power and represent a victory for not-for-profits that follow the law. Funds have finally gone where they deserve — to eight credible charities. My office will continue to fight for accountability because no one is above the law — not a businessman, not a candidate for office, and not even the president of the United States.”

And while donors to the Eric Trump Foundation were told their money was going to help sick kids, more than $500,000 was re-donated to other charities, many of which were connected to Trump family members or interests, including at least four groups that subsequently paid to hold golf tournaments at Trump courses.

Eric Trump set up his foundation as a public charity for children's cancer research.

The Donald J. Trump Foundation famously acted like an arm of the overall business, using the charity's money to settle a Trump business lawsuit, make a political donation and even purchase expensive portraits of its namesake.

Hillary did much better than that - she stole from the entire Health System.

Luckily Hillary didn't become President. She would have 'blown' the budget, like her husband got blown.

Hillary's husband left the US in surplus, dear. Your Dear Leader left it 4 tril in debt.

In the end, he held out on handing out $900 billion in free payments to every household in the country because it wasn't enough.

Ever get the feeling you've been ploughed?

Yes, but Bill and Hillary borrowed Jeff Epstein's private plane to dig wells for the Pygmies.

Despicable stuff.

Cunningly, the state of New York are now seeking to stop them from running the business altogether.

https://www.reuters.com/legal/trump-due-back-new-york-questioning-state-civil-fr...

A $250 million settlement would surely bankrupt the Trump Organisation (again), but New York is also seeking to ban the big fella and his family from running any business at all.

Dear Leader would be left with part shares in non-earning, Florida-listed companies like Truth Social. There's also his Bermuda-listed shelf companies, his laundered Kremlin loans and his Caribbean porn bank account, not to mention his sideline in NFT digital trading cards, but let's get real here.

The big fella's main source of income now?

Please make a contribution – of truly any amount – to defend our movement from the never-ending witch hunts and WIN the WHITE HOUSE in 2024!

https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trump-seeks-make-criminal-allegations-pay-with-...

The big fella may not be allowed to run a charity in New York, but that doesn't stop him becoming one of the biggest objects of charity in America.

Yes, while former presidential foundations like the Clinton, Bush and Obama foundations provide a source for funds, travelling around the world distributing aid to worthy causes, the big fella's worked out how to become a charitable target.

The Trump brand has gone from being a prestigious symbol of luxury and status to being a charity case, running the most successful campaign of political victimhood we've seen to date.

We'll win so much we'll grow tired of winning, no?
