I tend like people who laugh easily, and I like the workings of a sharp wit. However, I do not find the routines of stand-up comics all that funny. At least not to the extent where they induce laughter. The audiences seem to laugh readily, but they also laugh like school boys when comics like Tom Gleason say "$&ck or $#it. Even if it is just an audience warming tactic, its not funny to me.

Guideline is: You and your friend(s) laugh out loud for 30 seconds. It makes you feel REALLY self-conscious and a total idiot.

Mum lived for 30 years, nearly 31, after reaching 70.

A sense of humor, a sense of the ridiculous all help with health, yup.

So do pets. Pet a cat for a few minutes—pulse rate, blood pressure all down. Canaries/budgies/cats/dogs even fish bring a little bit of dirt into our lives, makes our immune system work harder, making that stronger.

I would move there in a heart beat—so much less pressure on my joints! Also on my heart I guess. I could easily live to 200 on the moon. Gravity does so much less damage to the heart, skeleton etc.
